Carl Schmidt — dumped, saved by America, now a finalist

Carl's villa résumé reads like a comeback arc. The 28-year-old Casa Amor bombshell from Denver connected with Aniya over volleyball and a Say Less lounge heart-to-heart, got cut when she chose loyalty to KC, then returned days later on America's vote. He didn't waste the second chance.

Trinity Tatum — one half of the season's first official couple

Trinity, a 22-year-old model and makeup artist from Newport News, Virginia, locked in with Bryce Dettloff from Day 1 and never really looked back. Bryce Dettloff — the 30-year-old DJ who stayed loyal through Casa Amor

Bryce is the oldest of the finalists at 30, a Los Angeles model and DJ who also works as a mechanic on garbage trucks — a detail the villa never let him live down. He and Trinity joke constantly about their seven-year age gap, and it's become part of the couple's whole appeal.

Melanie Moreno — Day 1 loyalty, tested to the limit

No islander has been in the same couple longer than Melanie. She paired up with Sincere Rhea on the very first day and stayed there all season — through his flirtation with bombshell Sol Dean, through Casa Amor, and through a brutal family day where her own relatives told her not to stay with him.

Sincere Rhea — the season's most scrutinized finalist

Sincere, 25, from Cape May, New Jersey, has spent the season apologizing. KC and Titi's run ended July 10, on Day 30, when America's vote landed them in the bottom two and they were dumped in the penultimate episode alongside Kenzie Annis and Dylan Wrona — two days short of the finale.

KC, a 23-year-old nursing assistant from Fresno who played basketball at Fresno City College, spent the first few weeks coupled with Aniya Harvey before Casa Amor rewrote his season: he clicked instantly with Tierra "Titi" Davis, a 25-year-old nanny from Los Angeles, and brought her back to the main villa. The two made it official as boyfriend and girlfriend before the dumping — so the couple survives, even if their shot at the $100,000 didn't. Other islanders this season

Kenzie Annis, a 24-year-old nursing school graduate from Kennesaw, Georgia, was a Day 1 original who lost Zach to Kayda in episode 2, then found her footing with Casa Amor bombshell Dylan Wrona, a 24-year-old Los Angeles model. They left together in the same July 10 bottom-two dumping as KC and Titi.

Sol Dean arrived as a bombshell and briefly coupled with Sincere before being dumped. Amora Robinson, a 21-year-old student who splits time between Miami and Atlanta, earned the most Casa Amor votes among the girls, returned during Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Bakery" challenge, and was later sent home in a least-compatible-couple vote. Corey Sawyer Jr. — related to Season 6's Daniela Ortiz-Rivera — pursued Melanie in Casa Amor without success.

Among the Day 1 originals, Beatriz Hatz brought a rare résumé: she's a bronze medalist for Team USA's Paralympic track and field team. Sean Reifel rounded out the original men. Casa Amor's 18-person wave also included Jaiden Bacciocco, a 22-year-old Arizona State grad from Newbury Park, California, and Parmida Keshani, a 27-year-old personal trainer from San Antonio. Two cast members exited under controversy: Vasana Montgomery was dropped before the premiere and Alannah Keyser was removed on Day 19, both over resurfaced racist language.
